Consulting services offered in both leadership development and organizational development.  Organizational Development Consulting services offered include organizational restructure and design, change and transition management, team building and increased effectiveness, mission, vision, values and strategy facilitation and team and department retreat design and facilitation.  I begin working with you to understand what your most important goals are and outcomes desired. Once this is clear, we will work to develop a plan to achieve those goals and outcomes. Steps often included in a project include assessment, stakeholder analysis, data analysis, change and transition plan development, skills development plan, communication plan and implementation plan.

Leadership development consulting includes classes and workshops, team and organizational retreats, program development, management round tables, program design and evaluation.  I bring over 30 years experience helping leaders be successful to help you achieve your most important goals.
